Unable To Initialize Your Cache

Issue: When open the Dolly Drive REVO application, the message Unable to Initialize Cache displays.


This is normally one or two causes. Both are relating to the app not being able to connect to the datacenter.

  1. Simple - you have no Internet.
  2. There can be a maintenance window where the Dolly Drive services are unavailable.

Action: There is nothing to do. REVO will pick up where it left off once the connection is re-established.
